1 - Larano

Larano is a rail that connects the north coast to the south coast of the island of Madeira. Part of the trail was once used by the local population to move from one place to another and to trade. Here you can run on the mountain and at the same time by the sea, you can observe all the fabulous scenery between the sea and the mountain.

2 - Portela

The Portela is located at 670 meters of altitude, rail passes through levadas and trails in the middle of a very rich forest on a green landscape, a true paradise.

3 - Ponta de São Lourenço

The Ponta de São Lourenço is the easternmost part of the island, with a scenery, a nature reserve with beautiful landscapes. Fun place to enjoy the natural beauty.

4 - Machico

Machico is a historic city, it is the second most populous of the island. The trail passes through the Pico do Facho, a popular viewpoint overlooking the city, then the route follows rails and levadas.

5 - Poiso

This route begins at 1400 meters altitude, you can observe two types of forest, passing through the head of the firewood and descending to Ribeiro Frio and uphill to Feiteiras, returning to Poiso.

6 - Porto da Cruz

Porto da Cruz is a charming village on the northeast coast of Madeira Island. The trail runs through part of the Laurissilva forest, here you will find landscapes between the sea and the mountain.

This route crosses the mountains of the City of Santana, a place that is recognized as a World Biosphere Reserve by Unesco, the Laurissilva forest is the most beautiful in Madeira.

8 - Portela

The Portela is located at 670 meters of altitude, The route passes by rails and levadas, in the middle of the Laurissilva forest, ascending to the Poiso highest point of the percuso 1400 meters of altitude and then has a single track of descent

9 - Machico

Machico is a historic city, is the second most populous of the island, this route combines the cultures and traditions of the Island of Madeira with a mixture of sea and mountain landscapes. Along the way there are incredible landscapes of the city of Machico, with their houses and buildings that have as a backdrop the vast Atlantic Ocean. The route passes by the Pico do Facho, a popular viewpoint overlooking the city, then the route follows rails and levadas.

10 - Encumeada

Encumada offers a variety of fantastic trails in the middle of the Laurissilva forest. the route has several tunnels and beautiful landscapes in the middle of a dense vegetation with endemic species of the Laurissilva forest of the Island of Madeira, along the way you will pass through a large lagoon, as well as countless waterfalls. This course provides a unique experience and a sense of well-being, in close contact with the purity of this wonderful nature!

11 - Pico Arieiro

This route has the peculiarity of connecting two of the highest peaks of the island of Madeira (Pico Ruivo 1861m) and the Pico do Areeiro (1817m), covering part of the area of the Central Mountain Massif, offers incredible landscapes in the central massif of the island of Madeira, all its route is carried out in stairs built on the rocks, with ascents and descents in a different scene of the whole island.

12 - Fanal

The Fanal is located on the Plateau of Paúl da Serra, with its Tis (Ocotea foetens) centenary forest, these specimens that withstand the time go back to the period before the discovery of the Island. The magnificent area of the Fanal, a small volcanic caldera, classified as "Reserve of Rest and Silence" by the Natural Park of Madeira, to enjoy a moment of pure relaxation. All this course is part of the Laurissilva forest.
