- Explore Nature is licensed by Turismo de Portugal under the RNAAT 1140/2018 license.
- The client has to guarantee physical conditions for the realization of the routes that choose.
- The activity includes transportation from hotel to activity and return to hotel, insurance, and certified guide.
- We can organize groups, specific distances that are not available online. Any special request can be sent to info@explorenature.pt.
- In the reservation the client has to make a payment of 50% by bank transfer, and send the purchase by email to info@explorenature.pt. The remaining amount will be paid on the day of the activity.
- Payments are made by electronic bank transfer.
- By force majeure activities can be canceled in case of storms, bad weather, or lack of safety conditions.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation the client will be charged the amount of the booking costs.
- Customers who do not show up will not be reimbursed.
- Customers give to Explore Nature all rights in the audiovisual material collected during the activity and allow its use for promotional purposes.
